The school reports have been distributed, the hot season has us firmly in its grip and the vacations are upon us! All in all, perfect weather for good tea! More often in a cooler form (have you ever tried \"cold brew\"<\/strong><\/span> tried?) or simply the classic way with the travel gaiwan<\/strong><\/span> on a mountain or by the lake. Tea is always a good companion. <\/p>

2024 teas<\/strong><\/h1>

But to ensure we have variety, we are always trying to find new, exciting products and the 2024 vintage looks to be an excellent one. We have already imported a range of fresh teas for you, so hopefully there is something for every tea lover: wonderful, refreshing oolongs from Taiwan (Pouchong, LiShan), a white tea from China (Bai Ya Bao), not forgetting a Kabuse Shincha from Japan and of course a Frist Flush Darjeeling from India.<\/strong><\/span> This year we are particularly excited about our Turkish teas (green tea and oolong) from our favorite producers Ayt\u00fcl and Yasemin and the highlight so far: a Ruby-18 black tea from Taiwan.<\/strong> <\/span>A variety that makes our choice quite difficult: which tea do we want to drink first? <\/p>

Turkey - Tea Journey 2024 - a complete success<\/strong><\/h1>

Our first tea trip took place in June and from our point of view it was a complete success and will be repeated in 2025! We put together a small group and had a full four-day program: meeting tea producers, visiting a women's tea cooperative, enjoying the tea bazaar in Rize, getting to know tea production on a large scale in a tea factory and of course: producing our own tea. From plucking to the finished tea, everything is \"handmade\" by us and the best thing is that the teas (green tea and black tea) are fantastic and very tasty. <\/p>

Vienna Tea Festival <\/strong><\/h1>

One more important announcement at the end. Vienna will be the European hotspot for tea culture on October 19 and 20, 2024. The first Vienna Tea Festival will take place in the rustic-artistic ambience of the Semmelweis Clinic, the perfect opportunity to meet tea merchants and tea producers, immerse yourself in the world of tea at presentations and workshops and gain new experiences. WORKSHOPS<\/strong>!<\/h1>

With this in mind, we wish you a wonderful summer, lots of relaxation and, of course, lots of tea experiences.
