It is a blend of leaves of different varieties that have been expertly matured by an experienced tea master. The tea was harvested in 1997.  <\/p>\n<p>The dry leaves are tightly rolled and have a dark appearance, which is the result of long-term ripening and regular arming. The taste is delicate and soft. Although this tea has been roasted several times, it does not have a distinct roasted flavor. The overall taste is fruity, but woody and slightly earthy notes can be detected. Its profile is very complex with a very interesting texture.<\/p>\n<p>Mature oolongs are produced in the same way as any other oolong. They are then left to mature for several years.
