Description
This tea grows unsprayed only in extreme high altitudes of Fujian. It got its name because it was harvested by monkeys that were specially trained for this purpose. Today it is harvested by human hands in a short period of only a few days a year. The coarser, slightly fluffy leaf produces a light green and lovely cup with subtle honey notes.
