Dong Ding Oolong

This high-mountain tea comes from the famous tea-growing region of Lugt Township in Nantou County, Taiwan. It is made from hand-picked leaves carefully blended from the organically grown Cui Yu T-13 and Jin Xuan T-12 teas.

The tea underwent a lengthy and complex, multi-stage baking process, resulting in a beverage that strikes a delicate balance between fresh, floral, and baked-creamy notes.
