Shipping & Payment

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

We deliver to Austria and within the EU.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of € 4.90 per order for delivery within Austria.

From an order value of € 50, – the shipping costs within Austria are waived.

For shipping within the EU we charge a flat rate of 9.90 € per order.

The flat shipping rate includes the statutory value added tax. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g., if books are purchased). This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot become higher in the process, but only lower in your favor.

Prepayment

Please transfer the final amount of the order to the account indicated in the order confirmation. As soon as the payment is booked with us the commodity is immediately dispatched to you.
