Description
Yunnan, in southwest China, is the home of this exceptional black tea quality. This tea is harvested only at the end of March to mid-April and is produced following special production methods. Altitudes from 1,800 to 2,100 m, natural , wooded environment and a cool climate, are the basis for the cultivation of this specialty. The large, finely twisted, tobacco-like leaf, with a very high proportion of golden leaf buds, develops a strong, spicy malty flavor in the copper-colored cup, in combination with the typical soft-earthy Yunnan character
