Description
A very special specialty from the Chinese district of Fujian is this white tea, for which only the unopened leaf buds are picked and processed.
It should be infused in a glass pot if possible. After a short time, a fantastic spectacle begins when first the silvery leaves settle at the bottom, then quickly straighten and “stand” vertically in the glass. An exciting velvety smooth and delicately spicy aroma paired with an ivory colored, fragrant infusion.
