Description
This high mountain tea comes from the famous tea-growing region of Lugt municipality in the province of Nantou in Taiwan. Made from hand-picked leaves from a careful blend of the organically grown teas Cui Yu T-13 and Jin Xuan T-12.
The tea has undergone a lengthy and complex multi-stage baking process, resulting in a beverage with a fine balance between fresh, floral and baked creamy notes.
