Description
Southeast China’s Zhejiang Province, this tea (also known as Dragon Well Tea) has been cultivated since the Tang Dynasiet at West Lake Xihu near the city of Longjing. Very light, a little sweet fruity, without losing the classic green tea character. The top quality is gently dried by hand in pans after wilting, resulting in its flat emerald green leaf.
